Neuromodulator
How Neuromodulators Work
Neuromodulators work by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that tell certain facial muscles to contract. When those muscles can't fire as forcefully, the overlying skin relaxes and the lines that form from repeated movement begin to soften. It's a precise, targeted effect — not a frozen or expressionless result, but a more rested and refreshed version of your natural face.
Botox, Letybo, and Underarms Tox all use the same active mechanism, though each has slightly different formulations. Some patients find they respond better to one than another, and over time most people develop a preference. During your consultation, we'll talk through which option makes the most sense for your goals and facial anatomy.
Treatment takes about fifteen to thirty minutes and involves a series of small injections placed precisely in the muscles responsible for the lines you want to address. Most patients describe the sensation as a quick pinch. There's no anesthesia needed and no recovery time afterward, so you can come in on your lunch break and go right back to your day.

What Neurotoxins Can Address
The most common treatment areas are the forehead, the space between the brows known as the glabellar area, and the outer corners of the eyes where crow's feet form. These are all areas where repeated muscle movement over years creates permanent-looking lines even when the face is at rest.
Beyond cosmetic use, neurotoxins are also highly effective for hyperhidrosis, which is excessive sweating in the underarms, palms, or feet. For patients who struggle with this condition, neurotoxin treatment can be genuinely life-changing, with results lasting six months or more in most cases.
Neuromodulators also have a strong track record for chronic migraine prevention in qualifying patients. Results from cosmetic treatments typically last three to four months, and with consistent maintenance many patients find they need slightly less product over time as the treated muscles become less active.
A quick, precise treatment that smooths existing lines, prevents new ones from forming, and requires no downtime or recovery.

How long do results last?
Most patients see results for three to four months. First-time patients sometimes metabolize the product a bit faster. With regular treatments over time, many people find their results last slightly longer.
Will I look frozen or unnatural?
Not with proper technique and dosing. The goal is a refreshed, natural appearance. We use conservative amounts and place injections precisely to maintain your expressions while softening the lines you want addressed.
When will I see results?
Most patients notice the effects beginning within three to five days, with full results visible at around two weeks. We recommend a follow-up appointment at two weeks for any minor touch-ups if needed.
Is there anything I need to avoid after treatment?
We recommend avoiding lying flat, intense exercise, and rubbing the treated area for the first four hours after treatment. Otherwise, you can resume your normal routine right away.
