Reserve your spot online or drop in. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. Please be sure top arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time. Class is designed for all levels. Modifications are made according to the student’s needs. Those with medical conditions, should always check with a physician if there are any concerns about attending a fitness class.
