YOGA Experience the tranquility of movement as you connect mind, body and spirit through a series of poses. This class is what you need when you need it, and it is intended for all levels.

Reserve your spot online or drop in. Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. Please be sure top arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time. Class is designed for all levels. Modifications are made according to the student’s needs. Those with medical conditions, should always check with a physician if there are any concerns about attending a fitness class.
