Meditation In this 45 min meditation class we will be looking at positive thoughts that, when practiced with mindfulness in daily life, help our mind to stay peaceful, happy, and balanced. Make time in your day to connect to your heart, cultivate inner peace and happiness, and clarify your intentions. By practicing meditation we will naturally become more positive and our very presence in this world will have a beneficial effect upon all those around us. Meditation class is held in a dim lit room with peaceful background music. Focus is on breath awareness, body awareness, and releasing stressful mental patterns. Everyone is welcome to attend these guided meditations. No previous experience is necessary.
