Classes sizes are always small and intimate with the full attention from our instructors provided to all students. New to group classes? New to Yoga? Our studio is a perfect place to start. 

New classes are always being explored to provide our women with a wide range of options and all levels of fitness. It is our goal to provide a variety of alternatives to inspire wellness inside & out. Yoga, Barre, Tai Chi, Meditation, Stretch, Cardio Sculpt, & other mat based workouts will be offered.

1st class is complimentary for new students (AZ Residents)

Reserve your spot online or drop in.  Please be sure to arrive a minimum of  5-10 minutes before class start time. All classes are designed for every level of fitness unless otherwise outlined in the class description. Modifications are made according to each student’s needs.
