New classes are always being explored to provide our women with a wide range of options for ages 12 + and all levels of fitness. It is our goal to provide a variety of alternatives to inspire wellness inside & out. Yoga, Barre, Tai Chi, Meditation, Stretch, Cardio Sculpt, & other mat based workouts.
